The month of February reminds us to celebrate what we love, and most importantly to Share the Love with important people in our lives and at the same time to acknowledge those who we share the moments in our journey.
Pink is the colour that we all are drawn too at one time or another and have fond memories of that bring a smile to our face........maybe even a blush remembering! Actually I am smiling as I type this ;) Don't just add it to your space this month, add it to your personal style in wardrobe and accessories.......put a little pink Lipstick on that pout! This will defiantly bring on a smile ;)
Today in my "Talk it Up Tuesday" live design session I discussed pink and the home office. Want to inspire creativity and productivity, bring in some Pinks! This can be as simple as a pretty petals for your desk, or even desk elements such as files-pens- post it notes. Maybe even in wallpaper or in furniture. Imagine a hot pink task light, a desk chair.....or even a desk! Sounds delish doesn't it....YES!!
I also believe that light changes our mood, especially now during the west coast dreary season of blah grey and rain. What to do? Accent your work space with a floor lamp or table lamp....and add the power of the pink light bulb to it. You will be amazed at what and how it changes your workspace.
Found at your Local Hardware store or big box stores.
